Such a rip-off. They are asking £62 for a charge 2 payment just for three small little items they wouldn't cost any more than £20. When you buy something they are clearly choosing the cheapest domestic shipping but charging you the customer the highest possible price they can. The site has become riddled with hidden fees that make up the charge 2 payments compared to 12 months ago. They clearly got rid of the basic plan because no one was using their overpriced plan so now they are forcing everyone to use it. Honestly, you are better off finding a personal shopper on Twitter who can get you the things you are looking for half the cost.

Don't even bother if you're international and don't have a proxy. I ordered some stuff in OCTOBER OF 2021 and it never shipped, I tried getting in contact with them multiple times with no response. Finally this morning of JANUARY 2023 I get an email saying they lost the items and asked if I wanted a refund but that it could take a while. Of course I want a refund, I wanted a refund a year ago but yall didn't answer my email. Just super shady and bad communication. Don't bother.

Easy to use, and the customer service is super fast at responding, understanding and friendly!

Bottom line the site works and I got some beuitful and reasonably priced vintage JPG bags and Daily Russet bags (a cheap Japanese brand with very nice bags). Remember you will need to pay a handling fee and shipping. Worth it and reasonable for specialty and collectors items but obviously it's not an Amazon replacement. You still need to take a risk and decided for yourself if you trust the sellers. Auction or one off items for specialty vintage seems pretty safe. Thankful for the person who came on here to clearly FromJapan is NOT a scam. I bought 3 different bags by auction. The 2 items I received were as described and well wrapped. The third one is on its way. Shipping time is a little wierd- first ems shipment took weeks to arrive. Second shipment only a few days. The costumer service was helpful and saved one of my items after I accidentally left in beyoned the 30 day limit for storage.

Horrible. Literally fight me every step of the way when I ask for questions or to reweigh my items. Worst yet because of them my items are now being held in customs for God knows how long after spending $400 in shipping.

I didn't indicate that the delivery date took at least one month when I bought it from FJ, and I didn't know the delivery cycle until I finished the purchase. Communicating with FJ personnel is also admitted to be due to the defects in website design.

I will repeatedly submit a refund and refund the full amount! But the FJ staff felt that 30% of the fee was deducted for my personal reasons! In the picture, the customer service admitted that the delivery time could not be known due to website problems. And why does the platform deduct 30% of the amount of FJ without delivery? Even if the full refund is processed, there will be no loss. What's the difference between this and robbery?

Ask for a full refund!

I’m super happy with the products I received and the packade came in less than a week and I got updates on the shipment frequently. Lovely company!

From Japan want to charge 4 times the normal fee for Shipping via DHL they did not give me the option to select shipping the price quoted was over $2000 au for a $600 item when I asked for a option to choose another method they charged me a further $20 and then refused to give me an option and threatened to discard my purchase. “UPDATE” PayPal has refunded my money and FROM Japan has closed my account and kept other items I paid for these guys are crooks

I've used several other proxy sites and FROM JAPAN is easily the very best. Incredible above and beyond service with their packing and super fast shipping. Very easy website to navigate. A quick click USD or YEN conversion option so you can see the prices in USD on the fly. You can bid up to a certain amount each month without having to deposit and no deposit charge from what i can see unlike other proxy services.
I will continue to use their services for as long as i can.

An unpleasant experience overall. Super long shipping period, it takes about 2 weeks for the seller to accept your order and then got inspected and stored at the warehouse. You think site like this would be cheaper but the duty fee, taxes and the shipping fee are expensive as hell. The policy do allow return under any circumstance because the site only acts as intermediate so they will not be held accountable whatsoever! I received a fake item and the seller deleted their profile so I cannot reach out anyhow. Won’t ever use this proxy service again.

Omg run. That is what I would say. This company is horrible to deal with. I ordered 2 months ago to NZ and the items are not here still. Terrible delivery delay, no support, just tell customers to wait, and they mess it up the GST and now I have more delay at Customs. Dont risk it guys

They shipped few items I ordered from rakuten and was stuck at the post office in Japan for over 2 months. There was no status update on the tracking to leave and they ignored all my email to ask them to chase up with the local post office.

Do not trust these guys they claimed they had my package after I back charged them and all the while the seller still had it for sale on yahoo Japan but it’s okay I used that money that I backcharged and I bought what I wanted from a actual helpful person that’s not trying to scam people the exact item they claim to have in their warehouse is in my closet as you read this DO BOT PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR REPLY THE AUCTION I WON IS IN MY CLOSET AND THEY CLAIM TO HAVE IT IN THEIR WAREHOUSE

I have been using their service for the past one year and they are very good and professional in their business. You can order from different types of Japanese websites with ease and they will handle all the purchase and procurement process for you. My only advise is not to use their Japanese shipping service (i.e Sagawa Express) as Sagawa people loose your items and then ask extra money to relocate your items. So stay away from it. Besides that, you can use FJ's international shipping service like Japan Post, Fedex, DHL etc. All are excellent and top-notch services. Definitely recommended.
